Poll Question
I need everyone's help! I recently purchased a 1937 PCGS MS65 Buffalo nickel. It was originally purchased for my Dansco 7070 album, but now I am having trouble deciding what to do. I have never purchased a graded coin before, and it looks really cool in the slab. However, there is a gaping hole in my album. So, I'm going to leave it up to my fellow CC friends to make the decision for me. After the end of the weekend I will either leave it be or crack it open. Thanks for your help!

Poll Choices
 Crack that sucker open!
 Leave it in the slab!

Is it a PCGS slab or as you listed PSCGS? If it is not a PCGS slab take it out and put it into your 7070.

Totally your call! Guess you need to figure out if you like the coin or if you like the slab?

You bought it for the album, not to resell, right? Stick with the plan...

Porter, take a look at Bryan1315's 7070, a really nice example, and at the bottom, he has the slabs pictured, where he broke them all out

I crack some out for a Walker set that I have. I do not regret cracking any of them. WOW, I really enjoyed looking at Bryan1315s type set. Thanks for posting that Jack, Bob

Cut that lovely out ... tape the PCGS label to the inside of the back page of the 7070 ... and enjoy the reason why you purchased it in the first place.

Just my humble opinion as the owner of many slabbed coins.

Do what YOU think is right. I personaly wouldn't take it out. My reason is based on an investment value. I would probably resell that particular coin one day.

It is a nice grade but not a high end grade. 1937 is one of the most common Buffalo dates at that grade level so I say go ahead and crack it

If you are going to keep the Album for yourself and to pass it on one day than crack that bad boy, if you plan on selling the coins in the album one day than you should leave it in the slab
