I just noticed there are at least 12 pages of posts on coin here. I am wondering just how many people go back and look at the previous pages to see if a post or thread has been answered or is something they may be interested in? Anyone print out the educational posts? Anyone make a book type with some of the more interesting or educational posts?

I read every post soon after it is written.
I often times go back and re-read threads which interest me.

I always when I come to the forum click on the "active topics" link which will show new topics and new answers since my last visit and I read each and every one of them usually, and if there is an old one I remember but need refreshing on something in it I will go back and read them also

The Search button is very useful to go back and see if your question has been answered.

I read every post in the forums that interest me, I am not into grading coins or e-bay or metal detecting etc. so I don't bother with those. I usually start by clicking on my name and looking at the threads that I have posted in before. Then I go to active topics. Steve

Other than metal detecting I read all the active topics since my last visit.

I read the majority of the new posts in most of the coin forums each day, unless the topic or title doesn't interest me. I read many more threads than I reply to.

Active topics is where I usually start and go on from there. This seems to cover most topics fairly well and give me an idea where to go to find answers to things that may come up later.

Being a new guy, I have a lot of reading to do. So far I have been busy reading the main forum, errors and of course I like to read anything concerning ebay. With my main collecting interest being U.S., commemoratives, tokens, medals, challenge coins and elongated coins I will start by staying with threads that relate to my main interests for now.

Just wondering. I never go back and read post from the past. I try to read all the current ones regardless of the subject. I just like coins I guess. I usually print out educational subjects and started to put them into a large 3 ring binder with separators by subject. I hope to someday have enough time to go back and reread them all. Who knows, maybe publish it as a book on coins.

Being new, I sometimes search for topics before I start a new thread, in case a subject has already been beaten to death. And I try to read whatever is new every day, but only in the forums where the subject interests me.
