That scratch on the bottom of Washington's neck is on the coin itself.

I'll jump in first on this one. From my past experience with Washington 25C I would have to say MS-63 from what I can tell from these pics, they are a little dark. Although the reverse looks like it may go a little higher.

MS-60 to maybe MS-63 is what I would say

its very nice not sure on grade as I know hardly anything about grading them
