Coin ID? No Knowledge Of Ancient Coins.

Let me first preface this by saying I collect Roman not Greek coins, so what I have to say should be taken with a grain of salt.

I believe your coin, if real, may be a Tetradrachm of Antiochus IV. Reverse showing the Greek inscription Î'Î'ΣΙΛΕΩΣ Î'Î�ΤΙΟΧΟΥ ΘΕΟΥ ΕΠΙΦÎ'Î�ΟΥ Î�ΙΚÎ- ΦΟΡΟΥ ("Basileus Antiochus, God Manifest, Bearer of Victory"). Some of these coins have a seated figure while others a standing figure. Although your photo is sideways, the figure is standing.

This is the extent of my knowledge and I must reiterate that I know next to nothing about Greek coins. I only translated what I believe to be the inscription. Hopefully, a Greek coin expert will chime in and give you better and more informative information. Good luck
