1971 Canadian Penny Date Alignment

I'll post a picture when I have a camera better than my mobile phones but I've found a strange 1971 Penny that has a alignment problem with the date. Not sure if the 1 is a different font or if the 9 is lower that rest of the date. I've compared it to photo's of other 1971 Canadian Penny's.

OT: I have close to a roll of mixed pennies from 2006 that I'm wondering if they are real some are magnetic with/without mint marks or a "P" some are non-magnetic with/without mint marks. Should I be keeping them.
