Honestly, based on what I see I think I'd go 40-45, and I'm not comfortable with the surfaces. There appears to be a little too much wear on the legs and feathers to go AU.

only thing I see going for it is that it has the arrows and rays. I don't think it would be an AU even if the grader just won power ball and he was in a great mood

You might get this one back from ANACS as "Cleaned AU-50 Details". I see lots of roughness in the fields for an original AU.

I also agree that AU grade would be too high. EF half dollar. Still very nice detail.
