Just got this coin.

I think this is a Rome issue. It's quite small about 15mm with unbroken obverse inscription....CONSTANTINOPOLIS.

Possibly RIC VIII 18,19 or 30, or 40,41 (source:helvetica)
Can't really tell since there is no MM visible.

Not really listed as very rare, but you don't see that many of them.

I do not have a Rome for comparison but believe that is a reasonable guess. I'd say the style is certainly Western.
