...firstly thank you for your patience with me...
Here is now a 1913 Wheat penny, it seems to be in slightly better condition than the 1912 one. What are your thoughts on this, is it worth keeping protected or something?

I personally would've stuck that in a ziploc and forgot - it's worth a buck on a good day.
(Can't argue with the grading - I'm a nobody in that regard - but the general ballpark seems right.)

Thank you. Perhaps it wasn't clear that I'm just sorting through my bequethed old coins, after having them all lying in a box together for the last 30 years or so! (culturally deficient, I know!) I had posted on other threads earlier about identifying some oldies.

I used to play with them/arrange them when I was a wee lad, and its only now I decided to dig them out, see what's there, and put them in a nice display case. I am, by no stretch, a numismatist, just an enthusiastic discoverer!
