Looks like Thai-Vic has it,
its a 1289 Morroco 4 Falus.
1289 in Arabic converts to 1872 for the year

Looks like it was poured...almost like a "wire" coin...but missing the other half of the "clip."

It does have a "tab" which doesn't show very well in the photo.
