Supposedly a coin that was planned to be issued in 1994, high levels of inflation didn't see this coin issued for circulation.

One-Interesting-Pattern-Coin-From-Kyrgyzstan

Saw this coin for sale a long time ago and missed my chance in getting it back then. Finally saw it for sale and didn't hesitate to get it.

I don't know how to describe the design but it looks like it was modelled from the old Soviet 20 kopek.

Interesting coin! What is the denomination? Obviously not "Som/Com" as in my only Kyrgyz coin.

20 tiyin aka 1/5 som (maybe should be spelled "tyjyn" for a better approximation of the exact Cyrillic letters - I know the "tiyin" spelling is used for the Uzbek issues, but they're spelled differently in Cyrillic).
