Unfortunetly I can't make out the host coin, its pretty far gone for a positive ID, but with the weight diameter it could significantly improve the odds. The counter stamp is very interesting I appears to be a bust, of which one could narrow it down to Roman Provincials and bronze, and a good place to start.

17mm, 4.5 Grams and yes it does look like a bust facing right in counter stamp.

Try soaking it for a while, it might help bring out some of the detail if there is any left.

that is pretty neat. a little wax may help bring out some details after a soak and clean.
