The obverse looks like it reads CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C.

I think it is Constantine ii with the vexillum reading vot/xx; seated captive on both sides on the reverse.

It is Constantine II (CON[STANTIN]VS IVN NOB C). Nicely silvered. Looks worryingly similar to my silvered example.
