While I am certain this is a Constantine I have not been able to lock down the attribution. Reverse has Constantine standing left on Galley holding Globe with Phoenix (I think)- Is this the RIC 120?

The legend reads CONSTANS so you are close but off by a 'generation'. Very nice coin by the way !

Thanks... looking further, I believe this is a RIC 219 - Trier Mint - From the York Coins website, here is the info - Constans (A.D. 337-350), AE Centenionalis, Trier mint, second officina, A.D. 348-50, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of the Emperor right, rev., FEL TEMP REPARATIO, Emperor standing left on galley, holding Victory and labarum bearing a Chi-Rho; Victory steering behind, TRS in exergue
