I agree that it does look a bit "unfinished" without "LIBERTY" being gold-plated as well.

Overall, it's an interesting and attractive way of enhancing a rather common silver coin. If I were forced to pick, I would definitely take this one over the many varieties of painted/colorized ASEs out there.
