Just got permission on a 130 year old property and possibly a 100+ year old property across the street. I always get so nervous and uncomfortable when it comes time to get permission for a new spot. But, so far I have only gotten "yeses" I will post my findings when I finally get around to digging.

I know what you mean about asking permission to search a property. that 130 year area sounds promising . can't wait to see what you find.
