Been spending time on another forum, dedicated to Metal Detecting..

I bought a BH Platinum and some other supplies..
First trip to the beach, got me a gold and diamond earring.
Been out to the same beach about 6 times.
Every sunday morning, I am up at 5am, get to the park at 6am when they open and hunt until 9am. (State Laws).

No water hunting yet. But, my MD, works awesome in soil, dry sand, wet sand and fresh water...

I am really into this hobby..... It feels great being on the beach at 6am when no one else is around.... what a great way to start the day.

Fresh air,the sound of waves breaking,gentle exercise and the chance to find something, sounds idyllic,which I was closer to the beach.
