Souvenir coin commemorating 60 years of some kind of factory/plant named after Vladimir Lenin. (Might be wrong)

(According to my mom, who's from the USSR, I translated it correctly but couldn't figure out what it was for.)

Definitely a token (not actual money) since there is no denomination. The first picture includes words for Memorable & Souvenir around the side. Can you tell what it is made from? Aluminum or is it heavy?

not exactly what is done, you can be aluminum. It seems to be hollow.
