Just curious, I don't buy rolls or anything but I always see "original bank wrapped" rolls of wheats capped with Mercury dimes or gold quarter eagles.

Why in the world would a bank cap a roll of cents with dimes and quarter eagles that are worth much more than cents?

To get people to pay big for the junk in the middle. They are staged rolls.

Fake OBW, seeded rolls with a bunch of junk in them. Created to bilk the uneducated out of their hard-earned $$$.

The banks don't do it .the scammers on e-bay do it. this kind of practice is not accepted at CCF.
