I have seen this subject brought up in the past and I need a little advise. Father in law left us a lot of coins and one that he had shown me several years ago is what I want to ask about. I know for a fact he got this blank out of a roll of George Washington dollars and I still have the roll although torn up a lot. It is blank on both sides but the edge has some markings but really hard to make it out.
Any thoughts on its value would be helpful

You may know it came from a roll of Washington dollars, but there is no way to prove it. So now it is just a dollar planchet circa 2000 - 2016. The edge marking just appear to be random contact marks.
