How long will the old money "in law"
You can safely pay bills with zeros until 31 December 2016. They are obliged to take all the shops, markets and so on.
It is important to remember that when you hear somewhere the phrase "banknotes in 2009 sample year," keep in mind - we are about those new money. Just type them not now, but earlier.
Change the old money to new will be:

- From 1 January 2017 31 December 2019 - the National Bank, banks and non-bank financial institutions of the Republic of Belarus;

- From 1 January 2020, 31 December 2021 - the National Bank.
Running to change old notes for new notes and coins right from the morning optional, but even more so it is not necessary to do it outside of the banks. Do not be lazy once again to remind about it to their relatives, especially pensioners.

How will the work shops: cards, price lists, delivery, checks
Most of the shops (especially large ones) do not change the operating mode. National Bank and the Ministry of Trade assured that from 8-10 in the morning trade objects can take a card payment. It is difficult to guess whether these hopes are justified.
Surrender will try to issue new money (as they become available in the shop). However, it should be understood that the cashier has the right to issue a surrender and old and new money at the same time. Just as you can pay for the goods "mixture" of different years of release notes and coins.
Living Crib: how not to get lost in the old and new money after July 1,
Price-shops will continue to point to the new and old money. Doing so will most likely before the end of the year. But gradually come to the fore-denominated prices. And with them you have to be more attentive. It's not in rounding, which will lead to a rise in price (for these promises to follow DOC), and that from a psychological point of view, the price of 10 rubles looks more attractive than the 100 thousand. The illusion that everything is "penny" for the first time can make us spend more. That's just our salaries because of the denomination does not grow.
The checks, which you will receive in stores, will depend on the degree of "advancement" of the terminal. Newer immediately switch to rubles and kopecks, older models - will write in thousands and millions. we must not be afraid of this, just worth the extra time to double-check all.

Yesterday, the owners of new money have noticed on some 2-ruble coins black spots - either rust, or oxidation traces. On the coins of denominations other visual changes are not visible.
The controller immediately explained that not all dark dvuhrublevye coins.
- Quality of coins primarily dependent on the properties of the metals used. Metals that are part of the coin may be susceptible to oxidation. Considering that the coins were made in 2008 and were a long time in storage, there was a process of oxidation, as a result of which the individual coins were dark spots - say in the management of information and public relations of the National Bank.
In the hands of coins with spots were due to "the need to quickly implement the release of a substantial amount of coins."
- Automated counting the coins are not supposed to sort with the withdrawal of coins with spots. In the future, the processing of these coins will be withdrawn from circulation by the banking system, the issuance of coins with such manifestations will not be carried out as far as possible, - assured in the National Bank.
This darkening does not affect the solvency of the coins, assured control.
- Local spots are not relevant to the grounds of non-payment of coins and do not affect their consumer properties, associated with the use of coins in circulation, their treatment, including the technical means of reception, conversion and sorting. These coins may be in cash circulation without any restrictions, - experts say.
The National Bank explained that the "similar manifestations inherent in the coins of other countries."

Recall 2 rubles - the largest coin which is released into the circulation after the denomination. It differs from other manufacturing techniques - a mid-ring (diameter 23.5 mm; weight - 5.81 g). Color and Alloy - bicolor. This means that the coin is covered by copper and brass edges, copper and nickel - in the middle.
New money has been printed and minted as early as 2008-2009. All this time they were in the central repository of the National Bank. "Storage is very comfortable, and with the money all right", - assured journalists earlier in the National Bank. Thus, ventilation and air conditioning system is controlled automatically, the money kept at a temperature of 22-25 degrees Celsius and at a certain level of humidity.
