Finn235 Pillar of the Community United States 6130 Posts	Posted 12/19/2016 4:33 pm $7 is more common for the fractional fanams; I don't remember the last time I saw one go for less than $15, unless the seller is known to be dodgy. Or the seller got dumb and tried to sell a huge lot all at once. $20 is about average for fanams that look like this. The Uniface "Kali" types go for less and the Tipu fanams go for $30-50. If you search around here, someone posted a neat table that showed contemporary prices and wages in terms of fanams back in 1800ish. Something along the lines of a farm-hand (e.g. Dire poverty) made 4 fanams a week. Report this Post to the Staff
