New1954 - the box is a 2013 O Canada box that I bought on ebay for $40. I removed the existing felt coin holder and replaced it with a piece of 1/4" white foam I purchased at my local craft store. Then I just cut 5 holes in it the same size as the $200 for $200 coins.
I did the same thing for the $50's and $100's.

I love it. What did you use to cut the holes?

Here are some close up pics that might help you.I decided to use the black foam for the $100 coins. It comes in black and white.

I was hoping there would have been 3 more $100's to fill the case. lol
The $200's worked out well.

Great work, David, and cool display!

You know, even if will be no more 100for100 (possibly) you can add 3 other RCM 1oz 40mm coins (there are some 40mm among standard 38mm )

Thanks Andrey,I don't think I'll be making many more RCM purchases in the future to fill my empty spaces but a might cut out another piece of foam for the 9 coins. I can always keep the 12 hole piece just in case they re-start the face value program in the future.
All the best !!

You did a really great job using an X-acto knife. I had assumed it was a more high tech instrument than that.

There are probably higher tech instruments that you could buy at the craft store that would cut the holes easier. The foam was very easy to cut though.
