From the image provided, (which is better) I still can't see what you are seeing as doubled devices? describe what you are seeing?

Inside the Q? But a Few places I'll have to look and try and get better pics even the leaves to me while looking under a loup seems doubled

The problem with that is that the 'Q' has Machine Doubling on that area. Note how the device is lower than the rest of the device? A clue for sure that is what it is. Also if it were hub doubling the other devices around would be affected the same:
