Has anybody else experienced missing information on your order status at mint.ca?

After signing on, and going to my orders, I can see all the details of my order with regards to order number, shipping information, and date of order, etc. However, any details of the products that I ordered just aren't there. At first I thought I wasn't letting the page 'load' completely, but as long as I wait I never see any details on my orders.

I have the same thing on my order pages for a while now. your not alone.

My concern is that I have a few items that I know I've ordered, they are now 'out of stock' but my orders still say "new order" with no details. My rep is investigating a) why it wasn't shipped, and b) why the items no longer are visible.

It's frustrating.

Same thing here, can't see what was ordered. I tried using different web browsers Chrome and Edge. Both were showing the same missing information.

i have the same issue. When I click on the order, nothing comes up about item description; however, only the order number appears.

I have contacted the RCM and hopefully they will fix the issue. But I'm not holding my breath.

I had the same issue but checked today and the order details are restored.

One additional thing I noticed was that the Masters Club tracking was reset since we are in a new program year and reflects that I have spent nothing yet, as is correct... It was wrong for much of last program year.

Mine indicates "$10,000 away from renewing Platinum Prestige" LOL... I don't think I ever qualified for 'PP' status.
