I can think, that
RCM Product Catalogue not different from any other.
The Coins loaded in advance and have a unique ID as main attribute, and many others attributes, among them saleability and hierarchy related, amount, HH limit..etc
The saleability might be defined by 'startSaleDay' - from this date, different users could see the coin.
The hierarchy will be related to the 'User Roles' , and Roles could be 'General' , 'MC', 'MC_Platinum' ...'CSR', 'Admin' etc and roles combination
The combination of saleability and hierarchy will define, who and when can see, buy, sell the coins.
The 'glitch' will appear, if something broken or overriden, and this usually happens right after the maintenance, when the next version of the catalogue loaded.
