Mechanical Doubling ... notice how the doubled elements are flat ?

Value ... $0.50 to $1.00 I would sell that for. MD coins have almost no value unless the doubles elements are very noticeable.

Hmm I've been under the impression that true doubling is flat. I'm beginning to wonder if I have an eye for this at all (sigh)

As RLS said, flat (shelf-like).
That's the main characteristic of MD.
