NGC Proof-Like Designation: Would This 1977-D Ike Dollar Have A Chance?

Here you go, I honestly thought it may come back polished, but since I did not see any hairlines I sent it in. I compare it to a 1973-s Silver PR-69 DCAM, 1978-d MS-66, and a 1971-s MS-66. You can see how the surface is different in each photo when compared to the other coins

Maybe if I can find a straight up PR Cameo I will add another pic. The lack of frosting on the CAM's look a lot like this coin. I am tempted now to send to NGC lol

Proofs and silver ones are completely different
