But you really should include some commentary because this is minted by the US mint, as evidenced by the details and devices on the coin.
(I expected to see a blank or planchet.)

So what is your question?

Hey buddy. I'm well aware it's minted but if you actually looked you would have noticed it's missing the mint mark. I should have elaborated, I apologise

I want information on it and a few opinions. It's highly unlikely but I was wondering if by chance this was a circulated proof?

Not a proof and it was minted in Philadelphia since it has no mint mark. You also posted in the wrong section.
