This is a kinda different error with both core and outer ring having some sort of imprint. Yes it is still intact in the poly-film packaging. Any ideas how this happened?

it looks similar to a counter clash hut I am not aware of one for this year.

are you sure that it on the coin and not the poly film?

can you post pics of the reverse too?

The first picture here shows a piece of silver metal chipped off and got stuck in the core when the coin got stamped. I think this coin was struck with die contamination. Note the back of the leg the lines are different shape than normal. Hope this helps.
