Hello and welcome to the Forum,

My eyes aren't what they used to be. Can you make out the letters on the obverse after IMP, I having a hard time seeing them. The bust almost looks like Gordian III, but I don't think it is.

Is there anyway you can post larger pictures? I cannot see the letters either.

Based on these, it could be Severus Alexander Gordian III.

I read it as IMP CAES M AN..., which fits with Gordian III. Looks like a VICTORIA AVG reverse, similar to this one except Victoria's walking the other way.

The portrait is certainly that of Gordian III, confirming the opinions above.

It actually looks suspiciously like a cast copy -- though larger pictures would help here

I have been thinking the same as Bacchus but the images are too poor to be conclusive. It could be a worn, porous, over-cleaned example or it could be a cast reproduction.
