Hi came across this bill yesterday. The serial number is why I was drawn to it initially but upon looking at it closer I see missing ink on Washington's collar that resembles a lapel pin. Can someone help?
thank you SteveinTampa.....I only put the magnified shot up because of your 1st reply about post damage. It is noticeable without magnification which is why I made this post. I know there are one of a kind this and thats out there and no one knows anything about them until the 1st one is found which makes them rare and one of a kind....so never hurts to put the question out there and see what happens
