I really hope that someone can identify this whatever. I have no clue where to even start. My local credit union teller gave it to me with the hope that I could find out something.

I would say it's some kind of token.

I think that is a token from Aladdin's Castle, a chain of mall-based arcades that was popular in the 70s and 80s.
