ChangeFinds1997 Valued Member United States 85 Posts	Posted 01/08/2021 11:58 pm Found this awhile back after opening a roll of new 2019 pennies. Looks uncirculated but these marks on the surface caused me to set it aside. It looks like it may of came from the die itself. I highly doubt it's zinc cancer as this was brand new fresh from the mint roll. It sort of looks like someone took a paintbrush and flicked molten copper on the penny and the spatter is the result xD. I'm not familiar with these kinds of errors especially on zincolns as most supposed errors turn out to be PMD or rot. Any ideas or input on what's going on here would be appreciated! If not, then they are more likely trapped debris/dust as noted above.
