Second, it is always helpful to see both sides of a coin when trying to identify it, but that looks like a Egyptian 5 Pound coin from 1980 that commemorated the Egyptian-Israeli Peace Treaty. According to this Spink auction description, they only made 125 of these proofs, so you might have something pretty special there.
