Is is OK to expose a fraudulent ebay seller on this forum ?
Does one risk legal action for making such comments ?

Quite a few of us have posted examples of fakes, wrongly described or grossly overpriced coins on ebay, with links to the items and often a screenshot of the page from ebay including the seller's name. Several of us have also posted lists of our blocked buyers. There was quite a long topic last year regarding a guy in Canada who was ripping people off on ebay, and his username and other details were posted on this site. So, it has certainly happened before, but you may want to check with one of the moderators just in case. All of us want to protect other Forum members from scams!

Please post to this thread very responsibly. It is best to use only factual information with "In my opinion" and "In my experience" and words to that effect when stating your feelings on why this seller should be avoided. We want to avoid any legal problems but we feel this section could be invaluable in protecting our members.

It would seem that ebay is getting worse for fakes and bad sellers in general.
I've just today had someone making threatening comments because I gave them bad feedback on an order they cancelled because it 'sold for less than they were hoping' (their words).

Okay, wow, honestly, I don't even feel bad for the bidders. You've gotta be pretty stupid to goof that. Buy the book before the coin.

The seller states it is PCGS MS65 with CAC. This one should probably be reported. Be sure to bid on his other rare Lincoln Cent. https://www.ebay.com/itm/194132726597
