This is my first time trying to attribute those, but looking at those pictures (and descriptions), 10cf4 is the closest of the actually depicted varieties. (I can't see the hooked leaf on the upper right of the crown, but this exact area is covered by a line of weakness, so I can't be confident that it's not there.)

The other options are 10cf3b, 10cf6, and 11d, none of which are actually depicted in the linked guide, and from the scanty descriptions I cannot tell if any of them matches, though there's a good chance for 10cf3b.
