Looks like 1858 to me. Please post a complete photo of both sides of the coin.

I would say no, where the knob on the tail of the 6 would be the damaged coin looks to drop down too far, but with all the marks and gouges, it really doesn't look like an 8 or 7 either

I would say an 1958 with some damage.
