It's a 1998 that only shows 998 the 1 is barely visible. Sorry if it's a waste of time I'm new to collecting.

we are a very visual crowd here, we need to see your coin to best advise you on what you have. It sounds like a grease issue, but let's take a look at it please.

I see your additional photos, but you didn't show us the reverse (back) of your coin... could we see it please? We can see the 1, albeit a bit fainter than the rest. No real premium for it, sorry. Maybe the reverse will show us something more.
