Looking at the graph on the first page, the average age is younger than I would have thought. I have attended a couple of clubs and some shows in my area and it seems that the majority of dealers/collectors would be over 50. I turn 51 this year.

Very interesting Poll! This poll has absolutely, completely and totally proved me wrong in my thinking. From my general observations at coin shows in my area, I felt really confident that almost all coin collectors were over 40. And No -- I'm not a young person that looks at everyone over 25 as old. I'll soon be 3. (3 score years old) Also, as a side note, dealers might want to take note of this. Sorry to say this, but I see a lot of dealers that don't seem to take younger collectors very seriously. But then, this may be another observation that I am wrong about.
