I got this info from Coinsandcanada site (or
C&C ):
https://www.coinsandcanada.com/bank...s-prices.phpI do find the pricing tables on
C&C a bit generous for some series & a bit conservative for other series. The intent of any pricing table is to give one a ballpark estimate.
Quote:
$5 1979 CR-BOU 30582497341
-about $40 to $45 if UNC (this is a bit generous an estimate IMO)
Quote:
$2 1954 BOU-RA B/G3289304
-about $10 to $25 if UNC (depending on the level of UNC). The front design is shifted to the left & the back is off a little too, so it wouldn't fetch much more than $20 on good day.
Quote:
1974 $2.00 LA-BOU RP0126355
1974 $2.00 CR-BOU ARE6881478
- a little less than the 1954 B/G $2.00, if UNC. Notice, I flipped the order since the Crow Bouey note came last & it would fetch about $2 - $5.00 less than the Lawson Bouey $2.00
Quote:
1954 $1.00 LA-BOU E/I1619676
This note is a short last prefix & gets a slight premium from regular prefixes. If its
VF it may fetch $10.00. I have an E/I in AU and I couldn't sell it for EF40 price. I don't think there's much demand for these.

1967 BE-RA $1.00 1867-1967
Centennial commemorative:
This note was hoarded by millions of Canadians so supply exceeds demand. Although C&C puts the note at $6.50 - $13.50 for UNC, I feel that's wishful thinking as they typically sit in dealer's bargain boxes for ages (even in good grades).
