The coin you have shown is imho correctly graded. The coin has a superb look in the body of Liberty, the head is flat so not full head, and the left pedestal looks ok. The reverse luster is not booming, likely from a later die state, but I don't see many hits. The main issue with this coin is the right pedestal. It has a number of substantial hits that resolve it at choice BU and not close to gem. Below I have blown up the right pedestal area in the two obverse pictures that you have provided. Both show hits in the right pedestal. Given the flat head, the strange hits concentrated in just one particular area in one side of the coin, it is a nice choice BU coin.
