This is the sort of "coin" you get when a replica-maker decides to model their replicas off of a line-drawing or blurry photo of an ancient coin, rather than an actual coin in-hand. The end-result is a very flat, 2-dimensional coin imitating a coin from a much more 3-dimensional coinage tradition. And apart form all the other "things wrong" with this listing: there's no such thing as a "silver sestertius". The sestertius, which this replica was modelled from, is a large bronze or brass coin.
