Please share your thoughts with me on this one. It's a conundrum. I believe the coin has multiple errors on each side. I have searched ebay and Google and cannot find any others like this one.
Obverse: weak strike, lamination, feeder finger right hand side
Reverse: weak strike, possible doubling on date

Thanks for your advice.

I'm thinking heavy Struck Through Grease with Machine Doubling on the date.
