Need a little help determining if this coin has a small die chip to the right of the nostril on true reverse or is it a post mint defect. Appreciate the help!

It looks metal accumilation from damage. You can see the recessed damage to the right.
Also please get in the habit of supplying a complete photo of the coin with posting.
