I can't tell if this has wear or if it's just the strike. It has a cartwheel luster and slight toning in person. MS or AU? Thanks in advance.

Very nice coin, MintedNotPrinted. The number of dings is consistent with one that I have that's AU58, but it could be low MS.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Could be MS or high AU. Might be a weak strike issue. It's a tough one.
