I looked up the words on the back and it appears to be early German. Though I didn't read on it too much, apparently there were a few different Duke Eberhard's(such as Duke Eberhard II, III) back in the 16th century. So I'm sure (anybody correct me if I'm wrong) that's where this coin originates; very early Germany.
