Still, it's a coin, it's large, and it's brass, with the only visible features a standing figure on the reverse, with text around. My best guess: Roman Provincial, Viminacium - they issued a brief but prolific series of coins with this design. I may be tearing the thing apart in the process, but at this point, it's more an exercise of curiosity.
