This boy was looking for a new home today so I adopted him. The coin is not bicolored, I just was trying to photograph it in poor lighting.

Congratulations on your Oscar!

For an Oscar II, this is somewhat unusual. The reason is that Sweden and Norway were in union with each other 1814-1905. In that periode it would always read "[Monarch] Sveriges och Norges Konung" on the Swedish coins. Oscar II lived until 1907 - this coin was made in his final year. So we have just two years where the text is altered to just "Oscar II Sveriges Konung"
