For an Oscar II, this is somewhat unusual. The reason is that Sweden and Norway were in union with each other 1814-1905. In that periode it would always read "[Monarch] Sveriges och Norges Konung" on the Swedish coins. Oscar II lived until 1907 - this coin was made in his final year. So we have just two years where the text is altered to just "Oscar II Sveriges Konung"
