Lenikas : You seem to have all the same coins as me!
The 1887 is the easiest date to get in high grade for Victorian half crowns. I have one that would be true uncirculated, with reasonable lustre, also has a hairline die crack right through Victoria's eye.

I collect all coins ancient to modern, perhaps 100 or so ancients included in that, and a couple of nice American commemoratives as well.

Perhaps it may not be too surprising that I have quite a number of similar coins. Australia used British coinage exclusively from 1825 until 1910, when a distinctively Australian coinage was issued. As far as I am conderned, British coins of this period have a legitimate Australian heritage. It is a pity that more Australians do not collect British coins of this period.

I would agree with your assessment of the grade for this one.
