Are these five dollar note errors common? The first one pictured has been printed crooked, you can see by the top and bottom of the note.
The second has some detail missing from the pyramids on the left.

Do you know what sort of premium increase one should expect to receive for this type of note compared to the non-error version?

Oh I wish I did, but I have no idea. That's part of my reason for putting this post up. Keep watch though because someone will eventualy give some answers!

Looking at google images, they all have "detail" missing from the left pyramid. Have you compared it to another one?

So I decided to take some close up pics for you as my previous picture could have been better.
Whilst I was taking the pics I noticed there were more areas where detail is missing.
The first photo is the 'error' note with a 'normal' note underneath for comparison.
The third note is of other detail missing and again a normal note underneath for comparison.

Good spotting, maybe it is just worn? Looks it to me. Or like a weak print? Although I don't know much about notes so you might have to wait for others to post.

It's definatly a weak print or printing error and not simply worn. I am waiting patiently for others to post some more info. Thanks for your response aarong :)
